Ben Folds has announced he’s coming back. Again. And honestly, we love an artist who decides one lap of Australia just isn’t enough.
On the back of his sold-out run, the Emmy-nominated singer-songwriter and New York Times Best Selling author will return this October for three special regional encore performances of Ben Folds & A Piano.
The October 2026 dates will see Folds perform at:

This is the stripped-back format. Just Folds. A piano. A catalogue that spans more than three decades. Expect solo favourites like ‘Rockin’ the Suburbs’, ‘The Luckiest’, ‘You Don’t Know Me’, ‘Still Fighting It’ and ‘Still’, alongside Ben Folds Five staples including ‘Brick’, ‘Army’, ‘Philosophy’, ‘Underground’, ‘Kate’, ‘Song for the Dumped’ and ‘One Angry Dwarf and 200 Solemn Faces’.
Special guest on all encore dates is multi-faceted US artist Lindsey Kraft. Actress, singer, composer and now formidable piano-driven storyteller in her own right, Kraft blends humour, vulnerability and theatrical flair into songs that feel both sharp and deeply personal. She has previously opened for Folds on multiple tours and continues to carve out her own space with her semi-autobiographical musical We’ve Been Here Before.
