About Mia Lovelock
Mia Lovelock has a diverse range of skills as a musician, artist, fashion designer, and model. While she has worked in multiple creative fields, her voice is her most trusted companion. Lovelock grew up in Arnhem Land and Papua New Guinea and is inspired by her indigenous heritage with the Taungurung people of central Victoria.
Lovelock spent years sharing music with friends, busking with strangers, and gigging across Australia's east coast. She was the vibrant drummer in all-girl trio Taffeta Punk and gained a diploma in music from the Contemporary Music Centre in Sydney.
