'A wealth of talent... Zander Rhodes is certainly one young songwriter Australia needs to keep a close eye on' - Happy Mag

'If you heart quality folk, surf-pop melodies and lyrics that evoke nostalgic feels then you need to wrap your ears around the rustic hues and golden sounds of English expat Zander Rhodes.' - Scenestr

'Rhodes has once again produced a great summer time vibe track that is an ideal soundtrack for the warmer months.' - AAA Backstage

Following the breakaway success of 'Daydreaming' in January that propelled Rhodes to new heights, with radio play on Double J and Triple J Unearthed, Zander's upcoming EP is set to capitalise on the recent wave of mainstream support for his music.

Having recently surpassed 1,100 followers on Spotify, Rhodes is quickly gaining momentum with young Aussies in the coastal folk scene, drawing comparisons to Ziggy Alberts, Kyle Lionhart, and Tay Oskee.

'Wherever You Are, That's My Home' is the leading single from Zander's upcoming EP, paring silky-smooth vocals with fingerpicked acoustic guitar and creative percussion. The track explores themes of love and nostalgia, romanticising life on the road. Zander states:

'I spent 9 months traveling from Mexico to Bolivia by land in 2017. This song is all about my personal journey, falling in love with traveling, and realising that it's always people and relationships that make a place feel like home.'

'The Great Unknown' is out on 12 March on all major streaming platforms.
