Beautifully bare and intimately powerful, indie-folk artist Naomi Keyte shapes her delicately spun stories into transformative musical experiences that have been captivating audiences for almost a decade.

With a cache of releases and accolades attesting to her prominence in the indie-folk/pop sphere, the Adelaide singer-songwriter is returning with her first release since dropping stunning track ‘Travelling Woman’ in 2020, announcing ‘Greenhill’ as the first single from her forthcoming sophomore LP.

Immediately wrapping us in Keyte’s unique and ageless sound, ‘Greenhill’ opens with the gentle strum of the guitar as raw, goosebump-inducing vocal tones paint vivid pictures. Tracking the song through its acoustic journey, glorious moments of open piano chords and burgeoning percussion are exposed as three interlocking guitars underpin the track. Eventually, another ruminative chorus delivers the rich pairing of Ben Talbot-Dunn’s backing vocals with Keyte’s graceful voice, offering our own first-hand glimpse into some of life’s simple pleasures.

Detailing Keyte's experiences in lockdown, ‘Greenhill’ is a coming of age song reflecting on the people, possessions and moments that make a home special, and the simple things that help us through the difficult times, as she explains:
