SUPPORT FOR 'SURVIVE'
“Lighting a blistering melodic fire with their passionate punk honesty and angst-ridden delivery, the four-piece’s latest EP ‘Whatever Happens’ is fully loaded with candid song writing, colossal riffs, and a whole load of singalongs.”
- Rock Sound (UK)
“I said the last one was you guys at your best then you go and do this. Another searing, head banging winner! The pull back then acceleration is a tactic that has worked a treat here.” – 4.5/5 stars

Sydney-based indie-punk quartet Down For Tomorrow have just revealed a whimsical accompanying video for their latest single ‘Survive’ – shot, written, and directed by videographer Robbie Walcott.
Shot between locations at Elanora Heights, and Good Loco in Marrickville, the video clip features the band members portraying characters from 70’s animated television series Scooby-Doo, as they attempt to solve mysteries and unmask villains throughout a series of comedic mishaps. The plot takes a dark turn as Scooby-Doo is captured and possessed by a demonic creature, as the rest of the gang flee for survival.
Lead singer Cody Stebbings talks about the making ‘Survive’:
“Pulling this off proved somewhat difficult after many locations fell through, but we’ve always trusted Robbie’s artistic direction and we’re so happy with how this clip turned out. We have no idea how to make a serious music video because having fun should always be the main part of making art. Of course, you should always have an important message with the music, but the visuals should be driven by the elements that will bring artists closer to those who support them.”
Since its release, ‘Survive’ has been widely embraced by the likes of Spotify and Apple Music, and radio stations triple j, triple j Unearthed, Passport Approved, FBi Radio, SYN FM, and Aussie Music Weekly. The track has also received praise from online blogs Rock Sound (UK), Pilerats, NME, Music Feeds, The Australian Music Scene, and AAA Backstage.
Down For Tomorrow have just completed a run of shows organised by Great Southern Nights, supporting heavyweights Stand Atlantic and RedHook, as well as a sold out local headliner. Leading into the New Year, the band will continue their plans of writing and recording their debut album and playing shows respective to the current restrictions.
‘Survive’ is available worldwide now
