Alternative, country-tinged indie rockers Caitlin Harnett & The Pony Boys have recently released their latest lyrical masterpiece called ‘Don’t Give Up On Me.’

This tune is the group’s second 2020 release following their soulful and painfully relatable track ‘5am,’ and while it’s a little bit softer of a track than the last, both showcase Caitlin Harnett’s voice perfectly. She serenades about the sorrow revolving a past relationship, accompanied with a beautiful guitar melody and pleasing drums.
Harnett’s vocals are like a distant cousin of Taylor Swift and Sonia Leigh, with her own twist of irresistible soul that makes it hard not to listen.

The music video shows a mix of a variety of activities the band has been up to, from strolling through the streets to playing shows and hanging at the pub. Something else special that’s added to the group’s videos are the dreamy 70’s filters used; combined with the fun-filled hang out visuals make for a truly nostalgic experience.

We all need a little bit of hope sometimes, and that’s exactly what this intriguing band manage to provide in this sweet, smooth, relaxing tune. This alt soul-country ballad can be found on the group’s debut album Late Night Essentials, available now.
Caitlin Harnett & The Pony Boys truly are the next great Americana-infused group that you’ll want on all your playlists

Their newest release will warm your heart while gently slicing it in two – our favourite type of ditty.” RUSSH Magazine
