Bakers Eddy are a rock band based in Melbourne who are made up of four members - Ciarann Babbington, vocals, Alex Spagnolo on guitar, Ian Spagnolo on bass, and Jamie Gordoz on drums. They have hit back in 2021 hard with their first release of the year “21”. These guys are known for being able to write such great pop punk tracks and that is definitely heard in this new one.

“21” starts off with the vibrant vocals along with some fast strumming in the intro, the other instruments slowly come in followed by some pop punk sounding guitar chords. The track features some fast paced drums that mix with the guitar to create an upbeat sound which is my favourite thing about the track. “21” is so well written, from the lyrics to the great vocals that give OG pop punk vibes.

This track is a great first release of the year from these guys. It’s a whole lot of pop punk goodness that listernes love to hear. Bakers Eddy prove with every track that they have a lot of talent to share with the world with their great pop punk sound and energetic performances. “21” is a solid and fantastic sounding track - I cannot wait to see what these guys come out with next.
