Fangz are well known for their sensational stage antics and big sound. The band have released a steady stream of loud and rowdy tunes to date, and their latest single ‘I don’t Like Me’ is an absolute explosion.

This song is colossal.

From the moment the first note hits, they have thrown you headfirst into the waves of sweet perfection.  The sound is all encompassing; it will fill every space around you, and every little bit of you, with unadulterated joy. Out of the gate, you can see how much this band has grown over time. Everything you love about Fangz is included in the new track; the energy, the excitement the over Fangz feel but it offers so much more.

This new track ‘I don’t like Me’ is forceful and nuanced. A nod to 90s skate punk with a gutsy riff to open. This quickly picks up to sweep you off your feet and throw you on your ass.

Lyrically, this band has never shied away from tackling big topics. It’s an admirable quality that they can do it in a way that makes you feel ok about- not being ok.  I think most people have the version of themselves they are in public and then that version you are when you are alone. This song delicately lays that concept out in a way only Fangz would.

Fangz are consistent, each single, each song is big, its energetic its clever but they really pushed the boundary on this one. This is a more mature and more adventurous sound than previous drops. This is the best song to be released in 2021.

‘I Don’t Like Me’ will be available worldwide right now!
