Fiji-born, Melbourne-based progressive rock guitarist Narayan is pleased to release his new music video for single ‘Disconnection’, an energetic visual accompaniment from forthcoming EP ‘The Reptile Mind’.

The video features a strobe-tastic showdown between Narayan’s punchy, staccato guitar riffs & Dean Kennedy’s explosive drumming, with tight editing by Hit Me Up! Creative. The meditative chaos of ‘Disconnection’ is guided by Narayan’s precise guitar talk over fluid synth lines, imbuing the track with a thought-provoking nature. ‘The Reptile Mind’ was recorded at Rangemaster in Melbourne by David Carr and was mixed/mastered by Forrester Savell.

Narayan’s forthcoming EP ‘The Reptile Mind’ features 3 instrumental tracks of rhythmic, technical, guitar-driven confusion that dissects the reptile mind inside us all.

‘Disconnection’ follows Narayan’s debut single ‘Fight Friend Flee’, released in April, 2021.
