Euphoric, raw, captivating. Kodivine’s ‘All the Way in” is a transcendental piece of music.

Kodivine has a style unlike anything in your current play-list. With a sound that is  reminiscent of jazz with a soul backbone there is a subtle note of something I couldn’t quite put my finger on when I first listened to this track.

While the initial sound is very much a Jazz sound there is this subtle hint of 90s RNB littered through the track and that was what I had so much trouble identifying on my first listen.  This blend of genres creates a song that is so serene and yet so enchanting.

Last year I spent some time in Portugal and went to Vintage Porn, Jazz club. This song reminds me of that time, unexpected and classic.

The song is fluid and warm. Every beat rolling off the previous in this molten and incredibly elusive fashion. It just creates this surreal feeling of being somewhere else, being someone else and not quite being able to grasp on to the present moment.

This song has been masterfully written.
