New Zealand vocalist Isla Noon shows us what she’s made of with awesome new track ‘Talk About Us’.

The track has garnered much attention, and has gotten Noon a bunch of new fans from Australia. The track opens with a Noon’s beautiful vocals matched with a lightly strung guitar, giving the track room to get better and better, which it definitely does.

The track builds to a pre-chorus, full of dream pop style drums, and a bunch of cool synth and keyboard sounds. Isla’s unique lyricism and emotion shines through her quaint vocals, at times getting louder, to convey the intent of her words further. The track builds to a great outro full of quirky and interesting synth sounds, that’s reminiscent of acts like Maggie Rogers.

The track is coupled with an equally awesome video, directed by Mareea Vegas, who along with Isla Noon, helps introduce the artist to the world, interspersing close ups on Noon with her dancing and enjoying her track. The glitz and glamour of Noon’s outfit matching the dream-pop and futuristic sounding nature of the track in a particularly big way.

It’s a great track, and definitely draws the listener in, it will be exciting to see what’s next for Isla Noon
